Excellent communication & presentation skills, self motivated with a pleasing personality. Capable of coordinating with our clients and our in-house Business and Development teams, to meet project deadlines.
Must be willing to travel to meet clients & to impart product training, as and when required.
Role & Responsibilities:
Total Customer support and attending to all the queries raised by customer.
Conceptualization, planning & management of Customer activities.
Analysing clients problems and coordinating internally for its solutions.
Providing on-site/ on-line training to clients.
Desired Profile:
The person should possess excellent communication & presentation skills and an ability to write flawless reports.
Should possess Speed, Accuracy & Diligence for any task, as a natural trait.
Should be confident, highly proactive, multi-tasker, an out of the box thinker.
The person should have sound knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as conceptual, planning, and decision-making skills.
