Job Details Overview:
• Is the overall in-charge of delivery of a project to the client
• Manages resources, time-lines, customer interaction, and deliverables of the project(quality and timelines)
• The PM is expected to possess domain expertise and this translates into hands on technical involvement by the PM, at least at a high level architecture/design review level
• Consults with the client team and the consulting team to arrive at business solutions
• Guides the team in architecture and design of the solution and also in solving technical issues
• These business goals are translated to the overall deliverables
• Understands and identifies KSFs (Key success factors), KRFs (Key Risk Factors) and manages these with the clients
• Role requires industry exposure, technical orientation, process knowledge, implementation and client handling, negotiation and facilitation skills
• Requires a high degree of maturity and client acceptance, and excellent communication skills
• Takes ownership for the process compliance in the project
• PM should have high degree of team handling, people management skills and communication skills

• PM can also recommend stopping an existing relationship with a client if justifiable from a business perspective
• PM should effectively evaluate and manage various risks and potential threat factors in projects
o PM is responsible for all internal reporting in the project-dashboard / QRMs Timesheet
o Coding and unit testing as well as bottle neck identification in code
o Ability to understand a design using formal notations (e.g. UML) or otherwise
o Ability to translate design into implementation
o Ability to generate test cases for implemented module
