Category among India`s Best Companies to Work for - 2009, announced by Economic Times in association with Great Place to Work Institute, India.

India’s largest staffing company and a Global Group Enterprise, Global Innovsource Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been named one of the Best Companies to work for in India in 2009. The Great Place to Work Institute is an independent company managing Best Places to Work surveys and studies in many countries around the world. It in association with Economic Times, a leading business daily, formed a partnership in India to launch this program. This is the sixth such study in India. The Awards were announced at a gala award ceremony in Mumbai on June 9, 2009
An emphasis on employee development, a collaborative culture, extensive training and progressive benefits contributed to the strong performance of Global Innovsource - the best among staffing firms in India

The largest of its kind, as many as 373 companies registered for ‘India’s Best Companies to Work For’ – 2009 study from 25 industry verticals. Great Places to Work® Institute, India is affiliated to the Great Place to Work® Institute, Inc, which is a research and management consultancy based in the United States with international affiliates throughout the world. The study conducted in India is based on the same model and methodology that is followed in similar studies across 40 countries, including US and UK .

It is a proud moment for all of us at Global Group as this is the first of its kind award won within the group. This award celebrates the diversity of skill sets, experience and cultures and gives all of us a benchmark for creating and nurturing a great work environment for our people across the group companies.

Few of the other companies that featured in Top 50 companies included, RMSI, Intel, HDFC, Infosys, FedEX, NTPC, Ernst & Young, LG Electronics, Aviva Life Insurance, American Express among others.
