Operational In-charge for all Districts in the Zone and handle all operational issues / problem with respect to the Zone.
Liaison with District Officials such as District Commissioner / Tasildhar / Clients/ building owners, Utlility service providers, strategic partners for smooth functioning of the operations and be responsible for maximizing the earnings for all deliverables by ensuring high quality.
Responsible for periodic review of performance of team members and ensure timely feedback / reporting to Management and functional groups.
Identify the training needs of team members including soft skills.
