Xport Soft Technologies need a truely creative and well experienced web designer. One should be able to develop clean and structured HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and Flash based websites and should have strong knowledge of web standards.
Extensive experience with Photoshop and other required tools is must. The candidate should have good hand with doing Web 2.0 standard websites.
Web designing
CSS (truely expert)
Flash Action Scripting
Web 2.0 based designs
Javascript and jQuery
Pretty good with Adobe Illustrator
Following would be a Plus
Icons designing (with tools like Icon Workshop)
Illustrations design
Knowledge about Content Management Systems
