The incumbent will be conducting 6 to 8 hour long Training sessions at a Cyber Café
Conducting 6 to 8 hr long, one-on-one coaching session at the Dealer Center
Ensuring Effectiveness of Training Delivery as per the set standards
Updating Content based on self experience as well as participant`s feedback
Ensuring administrative tasks like Pre Training Preparation & Post Training report making, etc.
Learning new products as they get introduced & gaining expertise in the same by study & practice
Working closely with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of plans.
Punctuality & Adherence to schedules/calendar
Ensuring implementation of all company policies - In letter and in spirit
Ensuring implementation of all Training practices
Following set procedures without deviation
Sending Daily / Weekly reports
Sending issue specific participant feedback to concerned depts.
Sharing learning with the team members & working closely with other dept personnel
