Develop, implement and control a call cycle procedure that allows the highest possible contact with customers, potential and existing, to achieve set objectives and targets.
Succession planning, Control of expenses, both personal and for the sales team, within the defined sales budget.
The recruitment of new sales personnel.
Ongoing development of ways for the team to work more efficiently and effectively.
Generation and reporting of team KPM’s.
Responsibility for annual appraisals.
Generation of a monthly and quarterly departmental report.
