Good design/architecture background using J2EE technologies
Possess good communication and client interaction skills
Strong understanding of the business (and needs) in the projects that they have worked on recently
Should have managed production support and maintenance teams providing technical leadership
Strong background in development of n-tier data-driven web applications using J2EE technologies
Should have excellent knowledge in SQL Server predominantly in T-SQL. Should be able to debug stored procedures
Should have worked on support projects and should have handle several change requests
Should have experience in production support and experience of handling high availability applications
Should be able to put together basic processes
Candidates will be required to do hands-on work
Should have excellent problem solving & analytical skills
