Candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant hands-on technical experience with a record of strong individual technical achievement. Minimum of 4+ years exp in .Net.
Good amount of experience in development and maintenance of web application based on ASP.NET and C# technologies.
The candidate should have excellent project development skills.
Provide technical leadership to the development team
Provide task direction to team of developers
Escalate issues, manage resolutions of technical issues.
People management skills, proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience in .NET 2.0 / 3.0 + Database, Web Services, Design, Performance enhancement + Architectural design and review+ Build process automation + Customer interactions (SQL)
Should have experience in SQL Server 2000/2005.
Mandatory Skills: C#, ASP.Net, Ajax, Java Script, .NET FRAMEWORK 2.0 or Above.
