Job Description:
Executive – Resourcing / IT Recruiter / Recruiting Specialist with 1-4 year of experience in ITES, US-to-US IT Recruitment industry.
Handled recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement for all employment status W2, corp-to-corp, and 1099 for all visa status: Citizen, GC, H1B, TN-1, EAD, OPT, CPT.
Excellent client and Vendor management skills to ensure timely delivery of resources.
Served as a trusted business adviser on all pertinent issues.
Monitors client satisfaction reports and resolves client issues and concerns and reviews client expectations to ensure relationship is mutually acceptable and beneficial.
