The candidate should have expertise in .NET 2.0/3.x, OOPS, C#, XML, Web Services, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, HTML, XSL, CSS, Design Patterns, Control tools[CC/ CVS/ VSS], NUnit, Tools[FxCop, Fiddler,DevPartner etc]
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in GUI development, best practices, and principles required
XAML/WPF, Silver light , Standards like OPC, S95, Integration to ERP/SCM etc., BizTalk, Portal tools - SharePoint 3.0, MOSS will be added advantage
Understand well the product requirements, use-cases and come out with robust designs that meet best practices and architectural guidelines, be able to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and guide team members, identify and resolve security, reliability, performance issues in code base and make improvements
Have flair for creating new technology and product ideas related to product line by leveraging new technologies
Be fully skilled in the SDLC process steps and interact well with various stakeholders in the project team
Take responsibility of few modules and capture needs and implement, unit test and deliver according to the Quality and Schedule targets of the program
Deliver core reusable assets and meet productivity targets
Person should be technically sound, capabale of independent delivery
