Contribute for the initial hiring and selecting process of the front line
To manage the day–to day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet standards and sales targets.
Motivate the Team and co-ordinate executives in achieving their monthly targets.
Responsible for 100% SLA [Service Level Agreements] in the operations.
Required making decisions on any matters relating to improving revenue generation.
Monitor the agents performance and give feed backs on regular intervals
