Primary Skills
Handling & Supporting the team in technical issue(s) include (Microsoft Win 2000 Servers & Professional and Win 2003 Servers, Daemon, Exchange 2003, Exchange 2000, SQL Server 7.0/ 2000,ISA Firewalls & Storage).
Resources allocation, monitoring team performances, controlling respective SLA & etc.
Formulating IT Strategy based on Business Strategy and objectives.Installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and problem resolution of issues.
Secondary skills
Share and assign daily and weekly technical tasks to team members.
Define and maintain standards and quality.
Effectively direct & motivate team members for obtaining a positive team solution
Establish and maintain effective working relationship.
