To Achieve Secondary and Primary Target, Achieve Activation Target, Coverage, Distribution as agreed with the BDM.

Always look at the opportunities of activating new outlets
The candidate has to achieve brand wise and SKU wise secondary and primary sales objectives as per agreed targets.

Execute your Day wise beat plan as decided with the BDM.

Achieve secondary sales targets on weekly and monthly basis.

Achieve your activation targets.

Plan and Conduct marketing activities in consultation with your BDM in the territory assigned.

Ensure that all the orders procured are supplied on time

Review your daily sales progress with your BDM

Attend all the review meeting and training program to up-grade your knowledge and skills

Maintain and develop good business relationship with the key accounts and also with the Distributors. This will help you in conducting your business smoothly.

Agree with distributors on credit limits and periods account wise and implement the same.

Co-ordinate with the Distributor’s team and implement the entire marketing plan perfectly.

Preferred MBA / Graduate with minimum experience in FMCG particularly in Institution, Education, Entertainment and Corporate Channel

Should have excellent communication skills, FMCG experience in channel Sales
