Candidate should have 2-3 years software testing experience, including
* Manual and automated verification of software products in a web environment.
* Not just play & record, designed automated framework to improved product timeline & quality.
* Design, creation, debugging, execution, and optimization of automated software verification.
* Utilizing test automation to execute performance testing.
* Scheduling and facilitating technical discussions.
* Writing technical procedures.
* Using defect tracking and configuration management tools.
Basic understanding of programming languages - C, C++, .net & Java
Subversion, CruiseControl, and/or MSBuild experience.
Relational database knowledge (basic query writing skills in sql).
Preferred Qualification:
* Previous development background is a plus.
* Bachelor`s Degree or acceptable equivalent experience.
* Strong QA methodology, process, and technical leadership.
* Experienced at advanced level with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook and Access.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Reliable, disciplined, organized.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
