Developing methodology and course content for both technical and behavioral training based on training needs for technicians and engineers
Developing and maintaining a system for training evaluation and feedback
Delivering training in technical and behavioural topics.
Developing the training calendar every year and and arranging related logistics.
Leading the technical training team.
Multi - skilling and E learning function multi tasking facilitator, evaluation of Shop floor practices.
Performance & reward effectiveness of developing and management.
Training,implementation of TPM & SIX SIGMA job analysis post training follow up competency mapping of engineers and technicians.
Desired Profile
Any BE or Diploma engineer with minimum of 8 years experience in training and development with HRD functions in any reputed Steel & power or any metal industry.
Excellent communication skills.
