The candidate would be supervising the accounting activities & book closing.
Co-ordination with finance controllers of subsidiaries
Review of subsidiary company accounts
Preparation of standalone financial statements and notes on a monthly basis
Preparation of Consolidated financial statements and notes on a monthly basis
Preparation of monthly MIS reports on a monthly basis
Coordination with Internal & external auditors
Candidate should have experience in controlling accounting operations, maintaining fiscal records and preparing financial reports in compliance with the policies and procedures as well as generally accepted accounting principles
