CompuGain is looking for Solutions Architect with significant knowledge / experience in software development.
Qualification: BE/BTECH/MCA or equivalent
Technology verticals: MS Technologies, Java/J2EE
Lead portfolio of projects.
Thorough understanding of all phases of SDLC and project management principles.
Lead specific vertical’s offshore project services delivery, resource management, client relationship management, and overall strategic business growth.
Effective client relationship management and stakeholder management.
Thorough understanding of current trends, development methodologies, tools, techniques and best practices.
Support sales & pre-sales and provide technical guidance.
Ensure Architectural and process adherence. Identify and evaluate Architectural alternatives to suit customer requirements, Preparing Architectural and Design docs and presentations, constructing re-usable design frameworks, review technical artifacts , Modeling business process, logical & physical (data), Identify technical risks and mitigate them.
Set standards and best practices in design and development for the team
Experience implementing evolutionary and revolutionary Proof Of Concepts
Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in MNC environment, embrace challenges to position delivery team towards positive growth.
