Candidate shou1d have to 3 years of experience working in J2EE related technologies.
Hands on experience in Struts, JSP, Java Script, Ajax technologies.
Working knowledge of Web Services, XML and related technologies.
Working Knowledge of J2EE & GOF design patterns.
Working knowledge of open source projects/libraries/frameworks.
Working knowledge of Hibernate/spring would be an added advantage.
Good personal organization and communication skills Excellent analytical & logical skills Ability to handle stress or high work pressure
Knowledge of Ruby, ROR will be preferred.
Skills: Struts, JSP/Servlets, Ajax, XML, Web services & other J2EE technologies, Designing & Architecturing, Design Patterns, SQL, Frameworks, OOPs concepts and applicability
