Quickstart Global, Vadodara 3 - 7 YrsTo action and respond to website maintenance requests from clients.
Act as a key interface between clients and the Internal Service Production team to ensure client maintenance requests are actioned accurately and on-time.
Proactively drive service delivery to maintain and develop client satisfaction feedback.
Actively generate and track all website maintenance work orders for the client Production team.
Liaise with clients by email. Actively working with the Service Production team, set client expectation on delivery timelines.
Drive delivery of all service work orders, proactively trouble shooting issues and problems directly with the Service Production team and the client.
Respond to client emails within specified time limits
Percentage of maintenance work orders completed to required standard and format
Client satisfaction surveys
