Two+ Years of experience in managing engineering teams for multiple product cycles.
Eight+ years experience of software development.
Strong Experience in .Net/C#/C++, Web technologies.
Functional testing experience and experience with test automation frameworks
B-Tech in computer science or equivalent.
Ability to influence and drive quality across teams, across disciplines, and across organizations.
Primary responsibilities include:
Lead and mentor a team of highly qualified engineers.
Define new strategies in test coverage, test automation and architecture and get test automation implemented effectively and efficiently.
Review specifications, design and implement test plans, and participate in the development of automation process and tools.
Define and track exit criteria and test metrics.
Drive day-to-day testing of multiple solutions through bug tracking, triage, status reporting and meeting requirements of quality processes defined by the Microsoft.
Work closely with the development and program management teams to deliver high quality release.
