Senior Manager - Cross Selling
Adaequare Info Private Ltd., Udaipur 3 - 8 YrsThe candidate will be involved in maximizing non-banking revenue, building and maintaining vendor relationship.
Will strategize Cross-Sales.
Thereafter, you will carry out Cross-Selling of Corporate Investment Products/ General Insurance/ Life Insurance / Mutual Fund etc. to existing customers to enhance product portfolio & revenue growth.
Will be expected to Utilize public information and personal network for developing and generating leads.
Will liaison and maintain a cordial relationship with all the Branch Managers and other personnel to maximize non-banking revenue.
Conceptualize and implement competent strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products / services.
Will conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Will coordinate with HR to lead, train & motivate team to ensure delivery.
Will be accountable for maintaining desired market share in respect to each product vertical.
Relevant experience in cross-selling sales of non-banking products to banking customers.
