3. Proficiency in architecting and designing a solution using Vignette product suite and review the detailed designs
4. Hands on Vignette Implementaions
5. Experience in auditing Vignette implementations against the various implementation best practices
6. Experience in handling customers & mentoring, planning for ECM strategy for the customers
7. Ability to advise on implementation strategy, performance, tools, operations, release, deployment to the customers.
