2. Knowledge in ABAP, ABAP OO, Web UI, Web Dynpro – ABAP desired.
3. Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas in a structured way.
5. Flexibility and openness for new challenges and tasks.
6. Require multiple projects work experience in an international setup with virtual teams and must possess good writing and verbal skills in English.
MUST:
Candidate should be willing to work in 2.00 p.m. to 10 p.m. shifts.
Candidate should have experience on SAP CRM 7.0
Job Description:
Seeking a talented individual with knowledge of and experience with the SAP CRM Sales and Service Module. The will position provide operational support to CRM users globally and participate in system enhancement projects with the headquarters IT team in California, USA.
Expectations and Tasks:
1. Provide operational support and issue resolution by execution of bug fixes.
2. Provide application specific expert input to solution architects and business consultants.
3. Maintains existing systems environments and business processes.
4. Perform Configuration and Customizing.
5. Support for system optimization and stabilization.
6. Work with virtual teams located across different locations.
