Gupta Power and Infrastructure is looking forward for the Consultant for SAP implementation as well as the support project for post implementation phase for the following different modules.
Production Planning (PP)
Plant Maintenance (PM)
Qulity Management (QM)
FICO
Production Planning (PP)
Material Master: Designing of various types of materials
BOM: Configuration of single level & multi level BOM.
Work Centers: Designing of work Centers and defining work centers Formula.
Cost Center: Creation of cost center, cost center standard hierarchy, cost center element, activity types, giving price to the activity & assign to cost centre.
Routing: Configuring routing with standard sequence, parallel sequence and alternate sequence.
Demand Management: Creating PIR using different Planning Strategies like Make to Stock, Make to Order, Planning with final assembly etc.
MRP: Planning with different planning procedures like MRP, MPS, and Consumption Based Planning run.
Production Orders: Creating Production Orders, Carry out material availability check, Scheduling & Releasing Production Order, Confirming Production Orders with Time Ticket Conformation, Progressive Conformation and Milestone Conformation.
Plant MAintenance (PM)
Implementation of SAP-PM Module (A Power User)
Configuration of PM
ABAP Developments
Preparation of Preventive & Shutdown Maintenance Plans
Spare Parts Planning for Control & Instrumentation
The candidate should have experience in the respective domain area that is in production/ maintenance/ quality.
