The candidate would be building up a team of Advisors, through your personal contacts, database hunting, reference gathering & using ingenuity.
Daily monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
Daily reporting of Achievements
Doing Performance Review of your Advisors
Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
Minimum Graduate /Post Graduate / Diploma Holders (10+2+ 3 yrs diploma from a reputed college), Experience in sales four localite of Jodhpur
Should have good contacts/network in Jodhpur (business contacts, contacts with CAs, ICWAS, Doctors, House-wives part time job holders, political parties, builders, contractors, real estates, retired, free lancers, teachers, Army men etc.
Interested in Life Advisor recruitment.
Target oriented and Good Team handling experience.
Incentives in a year can be as high as CTC.
