Target oriented and Good Team handling experience
Insurance/FMCG / Services / Pharma / financial services / NBFCs / private sector banks / Office Automation / Telecom companies/ Retail/ Manufacturing/ IT Sales / Resort Sales etc. except personal loan
Building up a team of Advisors, through your personal contacts, database hunting, reference gathering & using ingenuity
Daily monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors
Daily reporting of Achievements
Doing Performance Review of your Advisors
Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities
