Responsible for handling the team of RMs, ARMs & BDEs.
Responsible for attaining individual targets & ensuring that all team members achieve their individual targets.
To focus on Third Party Business sales & New Client Acquisitions.
Proper communication channel in terms of reporting to be followed.
Ensuring that all the team members are sending their DSR on a daily basis.
Responsible for logging & reporting in CRM software (Talisma) on daily basis.
To conduct weekly meetings with the team members.
Visiting clients periodically to sort out their grievances, if any.
Ensuring that all the paper formalities of the clients are completed.
Doing different marketing activities to enhance sales.
