Sourcing Agri Commodity Finance Business( Pledge/Working Capital), Trade Finance, Cross Sell & Liability in Cluster and meeting set targets.
Recruiting /Training /Managing Coexs.
Coordination with Collateral Managers, Govt Authorities.
Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs.
Responsible for building up quality Asset portfolio of Commodity Finance Assets, apart from Non Fund based credit lines.
Knowledge of Assessing Balance sheets and putting up credit proposals.
Responsible for monitoring profitability of the the portfolio by closely tracking the yield.
Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Banks Products and Services according to Customer Needs.
To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet Ensure profitability of the portfolio.
Generate high Income per Customer Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing.
Requirements:
Should have atleast 1 year of experience in current position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong grasp of accounting/financial concepts for detailed financial statement/risk analysis.
Good understanding of the banks products and services and operations, particularly comfortable with the Working Capital and Financial Markets products.
Good understanding of financial analysis tools and risk assessment procedures.
Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
