Job Description
* Complete Recruitment Cycle.
* Understanding the requirement of the company.
* Posting the job requirements on job portals.
* Screening and Short listing resumes through job portals.
* Matching the profiles according to the requirements on web portals or in internal database.
* Initial screening of candidates through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills and qualifications.
* Scheduling interviews with the company.
* Regular follow up with selected candidates.
* Maintaining database for candidates and clients.
* Maintaining and updating the status of filled and vacant openings.
* Creating weekly & monthly status reports.
