The person will be responsible for the entire gamut of recruitment activity from sourcing, screening to offer negotiation and closure.
Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements
Ensuring the right talent is hired in to the organization.
To devise an appropriate channel mix to ensure a market competitive cost per hire
To maintain cordial relationship with all internal customers
Publish weekly/monthly dashboards on hiring status
Conformance to Compliance & ISO
The position will be an Individual Contributory role
The position will be responsible for BPO Volume Hiring
