Essentials:
Excellent Communication skills.
Experience in recruiting.
Well versed with sourcing, screening, Interviewing, Assessing and all the other aspects of Recruitment.
Ability to handle clients independently.
Should have handled multiple requirements simultaneously.
Experience in BFSI domain will be an added advantage.
