1. Be overall in charge of business in the state.
2. Online guidance to field engineers on technical issues.
3. Monitoring site inspections, reporting and tracking progress with respect to roll outs.
4. Interact with clients to resolve issues- technical and administrative.
5. Organize training programs to enhance skills of HR.
6. Manage all resources for their optimum utilization.
7. Administration.
Desired Profile
1. Ten years experience in engineering with project management in fields of Infrastructure, construction and so on.
2. Experience in telecom sector will be of added advantage.
2. Should have independently managed a team of 80-100 engineers.
3. Should possess excellent managerial and communication skills.
4. Must be willing to tour within the state.
5. A degree in Civ, Mech or Electrical engineering with PGDCM or any other qualification in management.
