Responsible for analyzing & understanding business needs working with teams in carrying out the production support, roll-outs developing enhancements to the Oracle HRMS solutions.
The following basic functions should be well versed with the incumbent:
1. Oracle Apps HRMS Payroll/ Advanced Benefits (Technical)
2. Oracle Application Extension/ Customization (Forms/ Reports/ Interfaces).
3. HRMS Reporting & Interfaces
4. Discoverer & BI Publishing
5. Provide Support to US team by working in US Shifts (or staggred)
Desired Profile
Should have experience of Oracle 11i E-Business Suite in a Technical Environment on Oracle ERP HRMS modules like Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Oracle HR.
Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate Technical material to peers and management. 3 years of experience in System Analysis.
Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirement specifications, SDLC.
