Experience in programming using ASP.NET, Silver light, C#.
Experience in programming using CSLA (Component-based Scalable Logical Architecture), C# business objects, WCF and the M-V-VM (Model-View-View Modal) architecture is highly desirable
Work experience in programming for medium to large scale projects
Knowledge of general Microsoft development standards and best practices
Comfortable and experienced with fast-paced development environment
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Basic PC skills and ability to use communication and documentation tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Explorer, etc
Familiarity with banking financial practices and terminology, Commercial Banking background is a major plus.
