Responsibilities include providing technical leadership to a small team of developers and end-to-end work on the application and assigned modules.
Specific software development related tasks include application/module design and design note authoring, implementation, unit testing, performance analysis and improvements, and deployment to the production environment.
Qualifications
1. Profile: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
2. Strong background in computer science fundamentals.
3. Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience.
4. Hands on experience on ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript with expertise on Object oriented concepts, .NET Framework and XML.
5. Must have development knowledge of basic design patterns and reusable components.
6. Good knowledge of MS SQL Server 2000 (or similar) as backend.
7. Some knowledge/experience in web services implementations.
Experience
1. Knowledge in Ajax is a plus.
2. Exposure to Human Resources domain is a plus.
