The candidate should establish the training calendar

Developing training modules & adequate methodology for training

Develop training modules for BOM`s, Steps to Success, Success Seminars etc.

Conduct effective motivational training for the consultants

Identify, hire, and train trainers as per needs of the Region.

Track the product training activity within the Region

Frequency of training

Attendance

Buying behavior of consultants

Monitor the performance of trainers

Define parameters for the assessment of trainers

Compliance with training calendar

Quality of training ( as per parameters )

Provide support to field trainers

Training tools, upgrades, and inputs for customization to regional needs ( retaining the core Brand proposition )

Retraining and up-skilling

Train consultant leaders who would be interested in duplicating product training within their networks

Co-ordination with the Regional Heads for other trainings required arising due to business need

MBA from recognized university.
