Attendance
Buying behavior of consultants
Monitor the performance of trainers
Define parameters for the assessment of trainers
Compliance with training calendar
Quality of training ( as per parameters )
Provide support to field trainers
Training tools, upgrades, and inputs for customization to regional needs ( retaining the core Brand proposition )
Retraining and up-skilling
Train consultant leaders who would be interested in duplicating product training within their networks
Co-ordination with the Regional Heads for other trainings required arising due to business need
MBA from recognized university.
