The Project Manager works within the project delivery domain and provides leadership, delivery management and SME support for a large high profile project.
Project delivery skills and client relation---ship management are paramount for the role.
Technical coaching to the team members to drive quality outcomes would be essential part of the job.
To strengthen project delivery capability within the team
The evolution and consistent use of agreed "best practice" tools and processes
Active mentoring of more junior members of the Project Delivery team to guarantee appropriate levels of project / delivery focus and expertise
Provide leadership to the project team to ensure production of deliverables as per agreed plan
Demonstrate proactive Risk, Issue, Budget Run, Status Reporting and Change Management discipline and assume clear ownership and accountability for project issues where required.
Provide input to key learning points and to drive continuous improvement activities
Must have HR ABAP delivery lead experience in end to end SAP HR projects
Must have exposure to onsite and offshore working model
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Very strong technical expertise in SAP HR ABAP programming
SAP HR functional exposure needed in the following areas
US Payroll
Benefits
Time Management
Personnel Administration
Organizational Management
Experience in ESS/MSS will be an added advantage
Exposure to SAP Workflow
Project Management skills
