Organise Training for new recruits and continual Process Refresher Training
Facilitate data for Senior Management Review
Should posses Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should have a strong finance and accounting exposure in BPO
Should possess excellent knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, General ledger
Should have transition experience
Should have the Ability to work under pressure and ambiguity
