Review and assess Business Requirements and Determine Scope of Project
Estimate Resource Requirement and Recruit Resources as per requirement
SLA Management and Preparation of P&L
Client Co-ordination and Management and People Management
Production Floor Management
Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
Ensure appropriate documentation preparation and control
Ensure adequate access control and compliance of ISMS Policy
Conduct Project Management Reviews and Analysis
Organise Training for new recruits and continual Process Refresher Training
Facilitate data for Senior Management Review
Should posses Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should have a strong finance and accounting exposure in BPO
Should possess excellent knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, General ledger
Should have transition experience
Should have the Ability to work under pressure and ambiguity
