Lead Engineer -Customer Support for Atrenta
Atrenta, Noida 3 - 5 YrsCandidate will be responsible for customer support requirements for the Spyglass customer interface.
With RTL and HDL as the focus area, the candidate will be required to deal with the following functional areas:
Support and solution to product related issues for the whole range of SpyGlass products
Tracking customer issues to closure
Customer interface usability
Provide onsite corporate training
Onsite debugging of SpyGlass tool
Hands-on support to customers to help them use SpyGlass in their design flow
Interface between customers and R&D
In-depth knowledge of Verilog/ VHDL.
Familiarity with Front End EDA activities & tools like: Synthesis, Simulation, Timing Analysis and HDL based design methodology.
Must be flexible, resourceful and responsible to complete assigned tasks with limited resources
Excellent academic background with B.E / B.Tech/ M.Tech. in Computer Science/ Electrical Electronics Engineering from reputed Universities preferably IITs
