Candidate should have 2 to 3 Years of experience in Java/J2EE training.
Should be familiar with technologies like Java, Javascript, XML, J2EE technologies, Servlets, JSP, Hibernate, Spring, EJB, JSF.
Should be familier with Web server (Tomcat 5.0) and Application Server (JBOSS).
Should have conducted min 200 hours of training in IT area for customers, consultants or students.
Should be familiar with SQA and Project Management.
Should be familiar with all phases of Software Development Lifecycle
Should be familiar with software Engineering and software modeling (UML)
Exposure in the use of technology in delivering education and familiar with Webex.
Job Description
To conduct training the trainers (TTT ) and Webex sessions for Java/Advance Java, software engineering students.
Conduct classroom or online training using CISCO Webex Learning Centre (WIC) technology in the area of expertise.
Delivering specialized training sessions sharing industry experience/expertise within the approved curriculum guidelines.
Exposure in the use of technology in delivering education and familiar with Webex
Required skill(s): Good communication skills, excellent presentation skills, good customer service orientation.
Candidates from training industry will be preferred.
Should have flair and love for training / coaching.
Proficiency in working on MS office.
