Java sun certifications
Good understanding of design patterns like MVC, command and display design pattern
Basic understanding of database and SQL
Experience working on struts/spring/hibernate
Good to have – experience in retail domain
Full Life cycle soft ware development experience.
Act as a visionary and strategist related to solution area
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet aggressive timelines for deliverables and facilitate coordination of activities
Ownership, analysis, goal-orientation, timelines and communication
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ready to work in odd hours and travel
Short term travel as per project requirements

Job Description:
Understanding project requirements from customer/end users.
Partner with solution architect and work on high level and low level design
Java/J2EE POC, development & unit testing.
Participate in design and code reviews.
Lead multiple modules and a team of 4-5 Developers/Sr. Developers
Support and Maintenance of Java/J2EE applications
