Experience in Portal Server (Weblogic portal/JBoss Portal) and portlet development is desirable.
Experience in Web services and Message Oriented Middle-ware is desirable
Experience in real-time systems is desirable.
Experience in Jasper BI server is desirable.
Experience in Flex/Flash is desirable
