The Key Responsibilities and Skills required for a Software Developer In our Java Group is as follows:
RMainly involves development, Testing and Deployment of GUI/components in java using applets/jsp/servlets/EJB.
Code reviewing skills.
Conceptualizing/Designing and Documenting new features/enhance the existing ones that are integrated with the current Product lines.
Java J2EE, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, Ajax/JavaScript, Web Services, Swing would be an advantage
Good understanding of the basic Java Language.
Proficiency in JSP/Servelets, EJB, JDBC, STRUTs.
Experience in one of the following IDE’s
Excellent verbal and writing communication
Eclipse
Knowledge of RDBMS
