Candidate should have 1 - 5 years of overall software development experience.
Experience in JSP, Servlets, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, JMS, JCA, AJAX, Web Services, XML, Spring, JBoss / Websphere / Weblogic.
Good experience to RDBMS, OOP concepts and distributed computing.
Exposure in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills is desirable.
Exposure to ISO / CMMI standards is a plus.
Prior experience of working in an onsite / offshore model is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Design, Coding, Code review and Testing.
Technical study, Requirements gathering and Analysis.
Development, Implementation, Support.
Adhering to strict delivery schedules.
Adhering to ISO / CMMI quality process and standards.
Direct Client interaction, Technical meeting and Onsite team meetings.
Daily project status updates.
Opportunity for onsite travel to client locations for technical study, implementation for key members.
