1) Very strong in Core Java / J2EE fundamentals .
2) Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
3) Should have expertise in any of the two following frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Wicket, Struts.
4) Good experience with Web Services or JMS is a plus.
5) Very good communication skills.
6) Should be hands-on in Java, J2EE, framework and tools.
7) Very strong Oracle database skills are essential.
8) Should have minimum of 4 years to 6 years of experience into J2ee development.
9) Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology is a plus.
