The candidate wil be searching for qualified candidates based on the company client requirements. Includes, recruiting and marketing candidates, checking references and communication skills, submitting resumes of selected candidates to clients.
The candidate should have experience in handling paper work between the company and employee and the company and client.
Briefing the employee before and after the client interview.
Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of all conversations with company employee(s) and prospective employee(s)
Maintaining the database about the company`s clients and the employees. The database must be up-to-date at all times.
Excellent communication skills and a minimum of two years of marketing and recruitment experience.
Candidate must be willing to work from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM (India Time)

Bonuses will be paid strictly based on job performance evaluated every six months.
