Team Management:
1. Contribute to the unit’s profitability through efficient management of a team of recruitment consultants and senior consultants.
2. Ensure that all the team members meet company assigned targets.
3. Strategize team functions effectively in order to enhance productivity.
4. Monitoring the performance of team members on a daily basis.
5. Achieving the team targets
6. Mentoring the team.
7. Team Appraisals.
Delivery Management:
1. To present senior management periodical report on the operation performance of the services offered and working closely with the Vertical Head.
2. Ensure delivery of the resources to the clients with quality, integrity of data & reports and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
3. Meetings/ Tele-conversations with clients to understand the profile of the resource/s required.
