Candidate will be directly interacting with client and getting the requirement.
Conducted number of technical interviews and written tests for recruiting.
Hands on experience in contract staffing.
Keeping track of responses & short listing profiles.
Coordinating / scheduling & conducting Interviews.
Responsible for the smooth functioning of the entire recruitment process.
Good exposure of body shopping also.
Recruitment’s - coordinated entire functions of recruitment selection process as per the specifications provided by the client.
Coordinating with recruitment consultants, forwarding the profiles, short listing suitable CVs in the Information Technology field.
Duties include recruiting professionals, advertising, job postings, agency contacts, screening and scheduling of candidates, handling employee relations.
Interview and screen candidates prior to placement, negotiate salaries, check references, document and organize information.
Recruited hi-tech professionals by reviewing resumes, phone screening candidates, conducting technical interviews, checking references, verifying eligibility to work, and submitting the screened candidates to account managers or clients for consideration of job openings.
Preparing Invoices at the end of the month for services.
