Take complete responsibility for clients after the sales process
Work with clients to identify requirements, evaluate alternatives and make product recommendations
Help clients setup and manage their hotel on our software
Schedule, design and conduct customer training to ensure successful adoption of software
Pro-actively monitor customer experience and initiate contact to ensure customer satisfaction
Respond to support requests and work in coordination other support staff ensuring timely resolution of user issues
Capture and communicate customer feedback to appropriate internal groups
Contribute to Software Documentation.
This is not a technical position, purely functional but experience using complex software is a must.
Hospitality background is a plus
Customer Service experience is a plus
Project Management experience is a plus
